Why Mee exists.
Across 25 years of consultancy we kept meeting the same problem, and it was never really about how far someone worked from head office. It was about whether they got the same access, visibility and voice as everyone else, whatever their day looked like: at a desk, on a shop floor, in a warehouse or in the back of a van.
Comms that stop at an inbox half your people cannot open. Compliance tracked on a clipboard nobody can audit. Culture and recognition that reach some teams and quietly skip everyone else.
So we built the product we kept wishing existed: one branded app that treats the person on the shop floor as seriously as the person at the desk, and that can prove the day's work actually happened.

We didn't sit outside these organisations and advise from a distance. Our team worked inside them, across health, retail, financial services, energy, telecoms and the public sector.
