What is the contract term?
We start at twelve months, and you can commit to a longer term to lock in your best rate. A longer commitment protects you from rising infrastructure and scaling costs, and lets us keep investing in the platform. Whenever you do leave, your data exports on the way out; see security & trust.
Is there a separate implementation fee?
Yes. Integration is invoiced upfront as a one-time cost, and your monthly amount begins after that. What it comes to depends on your size and requirements, and on the existing systems we need to work with or integrate into. During integration we work directly with your internal teams, not just on onboarding but on IT and infosec requirements too, alongside discovery, branding, form building and rollout, all delivered by the team that built the product.
Can we have features built specifically for us?
Yes. Beyond the standard platform, you can prioritise and fund development specific to your business. You work with UXC's experts to refine, prototype and design the solution first, and nothing is built until you have signed off the design and the cost.
Does Mee replace tools we already pay for?
Often, yes. One app covers company comms, a social feed, operations and forms, recognition and analytics that might otherwise be several separate subscriptions. For IT and finance that means one supplier, one bill and one security review instead of many, usually at a lower combined cost.
Do bigger customers get more features?
No. Every customer runs the exact same platform, on the latest release. We don't hold features back for larger accounts, and nobody gets left on an older version. If you want something built specifically for you, that is optional bespoke work you choose to fund, not a tier you have to reach.
Why isn't there a price list on this page?
Because a single number would be misleading: yours depends on headcount. What's above is the whole model, exactly how a quote gets calculated, so the call is about your numbers, not a sales pitch.
