Accessibility statement.

An employee app that claims to reach everyone has no business shipping an inaccessible website. Here is what we do, what we know, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

Our standard

This website is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that includes:

  • Colour contrast checked for every text and background pairing, including our coral accent, which is used at accessible sizes and shades only.
  • Full keyboard operability: navigation, menus, accordions and forms all work without a mouse, with visible focus states and a skip-to-content link.
  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, proper heading order, labelled forms and alt text on meaningful images.
  • Motion kept subtle and fully disabled for visitors who set prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Layouts that reflow at every screen size and zoom level up to 400% without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

  • Some product demonstration videos do not yet have captions or audio description; they are silent screen recordings, and we describe their content in surrounding text.

Tell us what's in your way

If anything on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email marcus@uxconsultancy.com with the page and the problem. Accessibility fixes jump the queue: we aim to respond within two working days.
