Comms your people actually open.
Company news, real-time broadcasts and a social feed with the feel of consumer social, in one branded app that reaches everyone, on the device already in their pocket.
News and broadcasts that land.
An all-staff email nobody opens becomes a message you can aim precisely and prove landed. Authoring news natively in Mee gives you the most control and connects it to the feed, homepage, notifications and reporting; if you're moving off an existing intranet, its content can sync in while you transition.
- Announcements aimed at the whole company, one site or a named team, scheduled to land at the right moment
- Read-tracking closes the loop email can't: see who's actually seen it, not just who it was sent to
- News authored natively in Mee for full control, with optional sync from an existing intranet while you move across
- Draft, scheduled and published states, so nothing goes live before it's ready
A feed that spreads culture sideways.
A shop floor in Leeds sees what a store in Glasgow is doing right, without a manager forwarding an email. Culture spreads between colleagues instead of only down from head office, so you get the feel of one connected workplace without running a campaign to manufacture it.
- Posts with photos, video, @mentions and #hashtags; a multi-image post becomes a carousel automatically
- Reactions and comments turn a post into a conversation, and moderators pin the one that matters this week
- Recognition that lands: send a colleague a real thank you, tagged and celebrated, building a visible record on every profile
- Report, moderate and search across the whole feed from the web admin
A homepage that puts the right thing one tap away.
People stop hunting for the link buried in an email from months ago. Internal Comms sets what matters most this week directly, no developer or release cycle, and each person shapes the rest around how they work.
- A hero carousel for whatever needs the most attention, plus a promotions slot for shorter-lived campaigns
- Quick Links and Key Shouts deep-link to a Page, article, event, form or any external tool
- Favourite Feeds pin the hashtags that matter right on the homepage
- People reorder the sections they use and switch off the ones they don't
Every kind of message, one editor.
News, Announcements, Events and Pages are all built from the same drag-and-drop blocks, with a live mobile and desktop preview. Learn it once, and every content type works the same way after that.

Company news authored natively in Mee and connected to the feed, homepage and reporting, with view tracking on every article.
Announcements
Targeted, scheduled, read-tracked messages that reach exactly the people they're for.
Events
An AGM, a store opening or a training day, surfaced on the homepage while it's live and open to questions.
Pages
A leadership message, a policy explainer or a campaign hub, published without a developer.
Communications questions, answered.
How do employees sign in?
Once, with secure single sign-on. Mee ties into your existing identity provider, so every employee lands straight in the app on the device in their pocket, with no extra password to manage.
Should we move news into Mee, or keep our intranet?
We recommend authoring news natively in Mee. You get full control, and it connects to the feed, homepage, notifications and reporting in a way a read-only intranet feed can't. If you're transitioning off an existing intranet, Mee can sync its content in automatically in the meantime, so nothing stalls while you move across.
How do you keep the feed safe and on-brand?
Anyone can report a post; authorised admins edit or remove anything from the web admin, and user-created hashtags are checked against a blocked-word list automatically. Moderation is part of the product, not an add-on.
Reach the people email can't.
