Privacy policy.

This policy covers this website, mee-app.io. How the Mee product handles employee data for customers is described on the security & trust page and governed by each customer's data processing agreement.

Who we are

Mee (My Employee Experience) is built and operated by UX Consultancy in the United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact marcus@uxconsultancy.com.

What we collect on this website

  • Demo and contact requests. When you submit the demo or contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, headcount range, sector and message. We use them only to respond to your request and arrange the conversation you asked for.
  • Email. If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as the conversation and any resulting business relationship requires.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, which sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_*) and sends Google a record of the pages you view, along with your approximate location, device and browser. We use it to see which pages people read, not to identify you, and we do not set marketing or advertising cookies.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not affect how the site works.

Third-party services

Fonts and icons are served from this site itself, not a third-party CDN. The exception is Google Analytics, described above, which loads from Google and receives your page views and IP address. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log requests (such as your IP address) as part of operating the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email marcus@uxconsultancy.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
